摘要
随着化纤DTY品种结构的调整及产品质量要求的提高,原有的加弹车间空调系统已不能满足产品质量的要求,主要表现在中央空调冬季无制热功能,车间温湿度过低,影响DTY质量及加弹机的生产效率。本文提出了利用聚酯酯化蒸汽余热加热热水作为加弹车间中央环境空调制热的热源,通过余热再利用,不但解决了加弹车间中央空调冬季制热的问题,而且大大节约了中央空调制热的运行成本。该方案对同行业在节能降耗、余热再利用等方面具有重要的指导意义。
With improvement of the adjustment of variety structure product quality requirements, the workshops can' t meet the requirements of product function in winter, low humidity in workshops. These of chemical fiber DTY and the air conditioning system in original quality, mainly including no heating affect the DTY quality and production efficiency of the elasticizer. The thesis describes a way to heat water using waste heat of esterification steam as the heat source of central air-conditioning system in texturing workshops. By recycling the waste heat, it not only solves the heating problem in winter, but also saves operation cost for air-conditioning system greatly. This scheme also has important guiding significance in saving energy, reducing consumption and reusing waste heat in the same industry.
