在高校思想政治教育工作中,必须要对特殊学生群体有充分的关注。特殊学生群体更容易产生异常的思想和行为,不仅不利于他们自身发展,在一定程度上也影响了高等教育的质量,对高校的和谐、稳定和发展也产生了一些不利影响。

In conducting ideological and political education in university, besides the routine work to be done, adequate attention should be paid to special student groups. The special groups likely come into unusual thinking and behavior, which are not only against their own development, but also impact the quality of higher ed- ucation to some extent. The author focuses on the special groups existing in colleges and universities, in reference to her actual work experience, and attempts to propose an effective program on conducting individual education on the special groups, by means of analyzing the cause and expression of all kinds of special student groups.
