高职学生因材施教与成才教育探析

Analysis on their Aptitude and Talent Education of Vocational College Students

只有做好因材施教才能更好的发挥人才的优势,培养出优秀的人才,寻找最适合的教学教育管理方法,提高高职高专学生的综合素质和综合能力即成才教育。这两年,我院进行了一些因材施教的探索,在这里与大家探讨。

The vocational education in China developed in a scale of expanding enrollment in the past few years. Now it comes to a critical period with the decline in enrollment. We must develop vocational connotation education because there are some serious deficiencies with our talent education and the students＂ cognition is im- proving. To train qualified personnel, firstly we should find the characteristics of the cultured human according to the different characteristics of different students, and then take different approaches on them, which are called ＂in accordance with their aptitude＂. To do this well is for taking the advantages of talent and cultivating excellent talents. The talent education is to find the most suitable teaching methods of education management, improve the comprehensive ability and comprehensive quality of the students in vocational college. In these two years, a lot of exploration has been undertaken in our college.
