紧密连接蛋白claudin是细胞间的紧密连接蛋白的主要结构之一,其具体功能还在不断地研究中,目前关于claudin蛋白与呼吸道的炎症、变应性疾病、机械损伤及肿瘤等疾病的发病机制和转归途径等方面的研究已经有了初步进展,这对于呼吸道疾病的预防、诊断、治疗以及预后判断等方面都具有重要意义。随着分子生物学的迅速发展,claudin与呼吸道疾病的关系必将更加明确。

The claudin family of tight junction proteins is the major component of the tight junction com- plex. Its function is in constant study. Nowadays, there have been preliminary progress in the relationship of claudin protein and inflammation, allergic disease, mechanical damage and tumor of respiratory tract, inclu- ding the pathogenesis and prognosis. These studies are of great significance for the respiratory disease preven- tion, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of judgment. With the rapid development of molecular biology, the correlation between clandin and respiratory diseases will certainly be dearer.
