摘要
体外循环(CPB)是心脏外科必需的基本手段,也是导致心脏术后严重并发症发生的主要诱因。为减少并发症的发生,有必要探究CPB相关的全身炎性反应的分子生物学机制。分析和回顾CPB致外周血中细胞因子释放及补体系统激活、CPB后组织和细胞的基因差异性表达以及全血基因表达谱改变等相关研究,可为体外循环所致炎性反应的预防和治疗提供理论依据。
Cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) is a basic assisting method of cardiovascular surgery and the main inducement of serious complications after operation. To reduce these complications, it is necessary to re- search the inflammatory response mechanism at molecular level. Review and analysis of CPB resulted periph- eral blood cytokine release and complement system activation, tissue and cell gene differential expression and gene expression prefiling changes of whole blood samples after CPB may provide theoretical basis for the pre- vention and treatment of inflammatory responses.
