Hypothesis of "Two Hits" in NAFLD

非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)是一种无过量饮酒史,以肝细胞脂肪变性和脂肪贮积为特征的临床病理综合征。随着本病发生率的日益增高,关于其发病机制的研究也成为本病的研究热点。NAFLD的发病为多因素共同作用的结果,其机制极为复杂,目前仍处于假说阶段。其中"二次打击"假说被大多数学者所接受。该假说认为,胰岛素抵抗、氧化应激及脂质过氧化可能是本病发病过程中的重要环节。

As the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） has been increasing, the re- search on the pathogenesis of the disease has become the hotspot. The pathogenesis of NAFLD is not fully un- derstood,but the working hypothesis of ＂two hits＂ is accepted by most scholars, which suggests that insulin resistance, oxidative stress, and lipid preoxidation are important links in the pathogenesis.
