摘要 甲状旁腺素(PTH)是由甲状旁腺和中枢神经系统分泌的一种线性多肽,由84个氨基酸组成,主要作用于骨骼和肾脏,具有维持人体内钙磷代谢平衡的作用。最近研究发现,PTH也可作用于心血管系统,引起心率增快、冠状动脉血流量增加、左心室肥厚及瓣膜钙化。大量临床观察结果表明,甲状旁腺功能亢进患者的病死率明显高于普通人群,而且主要死亡原因为心血管疾病。 Parathyroid hormone(PTH) is a linear peptide consisting of 84 amino acids produced by the parathyroid and central nervous system. It plays an important role in the calcium and phosphorus metabolism by effecting on kidneys and hone. In the present research, PTH can also effect on cardiovascular system by causing heart rate increase, coronary blood flow,left ventricular hypertrophy and valve calcification. Plenty of clinical observation results show that the mortality of hyperparathyroidism patients is significantly higher than the general population, and the main cause of death is cardiovascular disease.
