Rho/Rho-kinase Signaling Pathways and CNS Inflammatory Demyelinating Disease

摘要 Rho/Rho激酶信号通路是各组织细胞中普通存在的一条信号通路,通过激酶级联反应调节细胞内微丝骨架的聚合状态,参与细胞多种生物学行为。Rho/Rho激酶信号通路在中枢神经系统(CNS)炎性脱髓鞘病的发病机制中发挥了重要作用,抑制Rho/Rho激酶信号通路可起到神经保护作用。该文就该信号通路的生物学特征及其在CNS炎性脱髓鞘病中作用的研究进展予以综述。 Rho/Rho-kinase are ubiquitously expressed proteins in intraeelluar signal transduction path- ways. Rho/Rho-kinase signalling pathways participate in diverse cellular biological behaviors through kinase cascades regulating polymerization of microfilament cytoskeleton in ceil. Rho/Rho-kinase pathway plays an important role in central nervous system (CNS) inflammatory demyelinating disease in pathogenesis. Inhibi- tion of Rho/Rho-kinase signalling pathways leads to a neuroprotective effect. Hero is to make a review on the advances in the study of the biological characteristics of the signaling pathway and its role in CNS inflamma- tory demyelinating disease.
