摘要 心脏性猝死是目前威胁人类的主要疾病之一,其病因很多,主要由恶性心律失常引起。由于不能确切认识心律失常的发生机制,目前尚无有效方法预防和治疗心脏性猝死。近年来,发现microRNA(miRNA)在心脏生理病理过程中发挥重要的调控作用,尤其与心律失常的发生、发展密切相关。该文就miRNA在心律失常发生、发展中的作用予以综述。 Sudden cardiac death is one of the major diseases threatening mankind with many causes, while the main reason is malignant arrhythmias. Because the mechanism of arrhythmias is not exactly under- stood, there is no effective method of prevention and treatment of sudden cardiac death so far. In recent years, it's newly discovered that microRNA(miRNA) play an important regulatory role in heart disease physipatho- logical processes,especially in the occurrence and development of arrhythmia. Here is to make a review on the research progress in miRNA roles in arrhythmias onset and development.
