影响正畸微螺钉种植体-骨界面愈合的因素 被引量:1

摘要 微螺钉种植体是极为有效的正畸支抗,而且是近年来众多学者研究的热点之一。其具有价格低廉、舒适、操作简便、植入范围广等突出优点。许多临床研究虽然显示了微螺钉种植体具有广阔的应用前景,但是其骨结合的组织学相关文献仍然非常有限。该文从日益发展的微螺钉种植体材料的不同,自攻和助攻两种微种植体植入方式的不同,以及愈合时间的差异,分别对微螺钉种植体骨界面愈合产生的影响,并且展望了微螺钉种植体今后的研究趋势。 Miniscrew implant is an effective orthodontic anchorage and has attracted more and more atten- tion from the scholars. Miniscrew implants have lower costs, are comfortable, and can be easily placed in almost any intraoral region. Even though the clinical studies have shown that the miniscrew implant has promising ap- plication prospect, the literature on the histological study of the bone imlant-osseous of miniscrew implant is still limited. Here is to make a review on the studies involving the following aspects : the increasing different materi- als, self-drilling and self-tapping manners, and the healing time difference of the two manners, and an outlook to the tendency of the miniscrew implants.
