摘要
随着计算机X线断层扫描(CT)技术的普及,CT扫描的高辐射剂量日益得到广泛关注。CT低剂量研究也成为了CT研究的热点领域。目前,降低CT扫描剂量的方法众多,而自动管电流调制技术(ATCM)作为一项通过实时曝光控制优化辐射剂量兼顾图像质量的先进技术已在临床工作中应用。不同的设备各有其技术基本原理及指标。对ATCM技术在头颈、胸、腹、盆腔部位应用及其影响因素和局限性等尚需更多的临床研究和改进。
With the popularization of CT scanning technology ,high radiation dose has drawn wide atten- tion, and low-dose CT has become the hot field. Nowdays, many methods could be used to reduce CT radiation dose. Automatic tube current modulation (ATCM) technique, an advanced technology, has been applied in the clinical which optimizes radiation dose through real-time exposure control with the guaranty for image quality. Different equipments have different working principles and indicators, and the application of ATCM technique in head and neck, thorax, abdomen, pelvic cavity and the influencers and limitations still need fur- ther clinical research and improvement.
