厄贝沙坦联合施慧达治疗糖尿病合并高血压疗效分析

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Essential Hypertension by Irbesartan and Levamlodipine

目的观察厄贝沙坦联合施慧达治疗糖尿病合并高血压的降压疗效。方法 86例糖尿病合并高血压患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组每天口服厄贝沙坦及口服施慧达,对照组每天口服厄贝沙坦,疗程均为12周。结果治疗组有效率为92.3%,对照组有效率为74.7%,两者相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合施慧达治疗糖尿病并发高血压疗效明显,优于单用厄贝沙坦治疗。

Objective To observe the treatment effects of hypertension with Irbesartan and Levamlo- dioine. Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into treatment group treated by Irastan and Levamlodioine and control group treated by Irastan. Results The effective rates in treatment group was 92.3% and the effective rates in the other group was 74.7 %. The difference between these two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Irbesartan and Levamlodioine is better than that of Irbesartan.
