护理专业毕业生就业指导需求的质性研究

Qualitative study on nursing graduates' demands for employment guidance

目的:深入了解护理专业毕业生对就业指导的需求情况,为学校及临床护理教学管理部门的就业干预提供依据。方法:运用质性研究的方法,对实习的应届护理毕业生进行个别深入访谈。结果:了解到护生就业指导的真实需求,提炼出4个主题:面试/应聘技巧;面试前的准备;就业信息、应聘流程;理论与操作技能培训。结论:临床实习生对就业指导需求迫切,应进行切实有效的就业指导,以提高护理毕业生的就业质量与就业率。

Objective： To explore the nursing graduates＇ demands for employment guidance, in order to provide basic for the nursing school and the clinical teaching department. Methods： Qualitative research was conducted on the nursing graduates who practicing in our hospital by in-depth interview. Results： The results include four themes： technique for interview, preparation for the interview, information and process of the employment, training on the theory and practice. Conclusion： The employment guidance is sorely needed to the nursing students. It＇s necessary to provide effective employment guidance for them in order to increase the quality and rate of employment.
