摘要
目的:深入了解护理专业毕业生对就业指导的需求情况,为学校及临床护理教学管理部门的就业干预提供依据。方法:运用质性研究的方法,对实习的应届护理毕业生进行个别深入访谈。结果:了解到护生就业指导的真实需求,提炼出4个主题:面试/应聘技巧;面试前的准备;就业信息、应聘流程;理论与操作技能培训。结论:临床实习生对就业指导需求迫切,应进行切实有效的就业指导,以提高护理毕业生的就业质量与就业率。
Objective: To explore the nursing graduates' demands for employment guidance, in order to provide basic for the nursing school and the clinical teaching department. Methods: Qualitative research was conducted on the nursing graduates who practicing in our hospital by in-depth interview. Results: The results include four themes: technique for interview, preparation for the interview, information and process of the employment, training on the theory and practice. Conclusion: The employment guidance is sorely needed to the nursing students. It's necessary to provide effective employment guidance for them in order to increase the quality and rate of employment.
