下肢CT血管成像检查中的护理干预

Nursing intervention on patients undergoing lower extremity CT angiograph

目的:探讨下肢CT血管成像检查中护理干预的应用效果。方法:将240例行双下肢CT血管成像检查的病人随机分为A组和B组。A组接受CT检查常规护理,B组在常规护理的基础上加入CT血管检查针对性护理干预措施。评价所获得的图像质量,调查病人对护理工作的满意率。结果:B组病人所获得的图像质量优良率高于A组(P<0.05),对护理工作满意率高于A组(P<0.01)。结论:将CT血管成像检查针对性护理干预措施应用于下肢CT血管成像检查,可以使病人更好地配合,获得更为优质的图像质量提高病人的满意率。

Objective： To evaluate effect of nursing intervention on patients undergoing lower extremity computed tomography angiography （CTA）. Methods： 240 patients who underwent lower extremity CTA were divided into common group （Group A） and nursing intervention group（Group B） randomly. The patients in group A were received usual care, while the patients in the group B were received usual care with nursing intervention. The image quality and patients satisfaction were evaluated. Results： The image quality of group B was better than group A （P〈0.05）, and satisfaction of nursing intervention was higher （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The nursing intervention can make patients undergoing lower extremity CTA to cooperate actively well, and have better image quality and satisfaction.
