摘要
作者探讨了白细胞的染色条件和方法,并且在用 SP-Sephadex 离子交换层析分离白细胞凝集素的基础上,证实了染色的白细胞能够比较特异地用于白细胞凝集素的检测。
The dyeing condition and method of leukocytes is discussed.On the basis of the sep- aration of leuko-agglutinins by SP-Sephadex ion exchange chromatography,it is confirmed that the dyed leukocytes can be used to detect leuko-agglutinins more specially.
