摘要
目的:建立一种用反相高效波相色谱测定维生素A的方法。方法:色谱柱:Hypersil ODS(150min×46mm),流动相:甲醇-水(96:4),流速1.0ml/min,紫外检测器波长325nm,柱温25℃,外标法测定。结果:维生素 A在 2.5~30.0μg/ml之间有良好的线性关系,最低检测浓度为 1.5μg/ml,平均回收率为98.5%,精密度RSD±l、56%(n=3)。结论:本方法准确、灵敏、适应面广。
Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC for the determina- tion of Vit.A.Methods:The extract was enalyzed on Hypersil ODS (l50mm×4.6mm)column with a mobil phase consisting of 96 vols of methanol and 4 Vols of water at 25℃. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The wavelength for measurement was 325nm and quantitated by extrnal standard method. Results: The linearity of method was in the range of 2.5~30.3μg/mL for Vit. A. The limit of determination was l.5μg/mL. Average recoveries vere 98^5%, perxision of determination were l.56%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, sensitive and wide enough to be utilized for the investigation.
