EDTA容量法测定有机膦配位镍催化剂中高含量镍

Determination of High Nickel of Nickel Catalysts Coordinated with Organophosphorus by EDTA Volumetric Method

用干法灰化法对有机膦配位镍催化剂进行前处理,盐酸溶解残渣,紫脲酸铵作为指示剂,采用EDTA络合滴定法测定其中的镍含量.探讨了前处理方法、溶解残渣的酸的选择以及指示剂的选择对测定结果的影响.结果表明,该方法用于测定含镍量较高的有机膦配位镍类催化剂具有准确度高、精密度好、方法简便、易于操作的特点.

The nickel content of nickel catalysts coordinated with organophosphorus was determined by EDTA complexometrie method. The pretreatment was implemented by dry eineration, the residue was dissolved with hydrochloric acid, and murexide was used indicator in the method. The influences of pretreatment methods, the acid choice of dissolution of residue and the choice of indicator were discussed. Results showed that the method was simple to operate, and had advantages of high accuracy and precision for measuring high nickel of nickel catalysts coordinated with organophosphorus.
