摘要
在城市发展与资源环境的矛盾日益突出的背景下,选取了黄河三角洲高效生态经济区城市群中土地、环境、水资源、交通、科教、医疗服务承载力等方面的指标,建立了城市综合承载力评价指标体系.通过均方差分析法综合评价,得出以下结论:水资源承载力是影响黄河三角洲高效生态经济区城市群城市综合承载力最关键的因素,科教承载力是短板因素;烟台的城市综合承载力最大,德州和滨州的城市承载力最小,其他城市居中.针对出现的问题,从城市发展速度、模式以及居民行为等方面提出提高承载力的政策建议.
This paper put forward six criteria layer indicators from Yellow River Delta city group, including the land carrying capacity, environmental carrying capacity, water resources carrying capacity, traffic capacity, science and education capacity, medical services bearing capacity to establish the city's comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation index system. By the method of analysis of variance, the following conclusions are as follows: water resources carrying capacity is the most critical factor of the city's comprehensive carrying capacity of Yellow River Delta urban agglomeration. The bearing capacity of Yantai City is the largest. The bearing capacity of Dezhou and Binzhou City is at the last. And other cities' bearing capacity is in the middle. To solve these problems, some measures are put forward, such as changing the speed and model of development, improving the pattern of the human behaviors.
