兰州大学2011届医学本科毕业生就业意向与就业现状调查

Survey on employment intentions and status quo among medical graduates of 2011 in Lanzhou University

目的了解兰州大学2011届医学本科毕业生的就业意向与就业现状,为相关部门改善就业指导、完善医学人才分配方案提供决策参考和科学依据。方法采用自拟式问卷随机抽取兰州大学2011届288名医学本科毕业生进行调查。结果收回有效问卷283份,其中,42.7%的被调查者认为择业时面临的最主要问题是"专业技能欠缺";84.1%的被调查者对相关就业政策"不太了解"或"完全不了解";16.3%的被调查者毕业后会选择在基层医疗机构就业,其中61.9%的出发点是"先就业,再择业";70.3%的被调查者认为"提高福利待遇"是吸引本科以上学历(含本科)毕业生去基层医疗机构就业的最有力措施。结论本地区医学毕业生就业期望较高,但就业信心不足,基层就业热情不高,就业方向较单一。

Objective To understand the employment intentions and status quo among medical graduates of 2011 in Lanzhou U- niversity to provide the decision-making references and the scientific basis for the relevant departments to improve careers guidance and perfect the distribution scheme of medical talented persons. Methods 288 medical graduates of 2011 were randomly extracted in Lanzhou University for survey by adopting the self-designed questionnaire. Results Among the 283 valid questionnaires,42.7%respondents thought that the most main question of career selection was the professional skills deficiency;84.1 %respondents knew little or nothing about the related employment policies; 16.3% respondents chose to get a job in basic-level medical institutions after graduation and among these,61.9% hold the starting point of obtaining employment first and then selecting careers; 70. 3% re- spondents believed that providing good welfare is the most powerful measure to attract graduates with bachelor degree or above to work in basic-level medical institutions. Conclusion The employment anticipation of the regional medical graduates is high, but they lack of employment confidence,and their employment enthusiasm to work in basic-level medical institutions is low. Their employ- ment direction are single.
