摘要
采用AlCl3催化剂,以苯与1-C12烯烃为原料合成了润滑油基础油。通过改变苯与1-C12烯烃摩尔比对烷基化产物的性质进行了研究,并考察了温度、时间对反应的影响。用气相色谱和红外光谱表征了产物的组成和结构,按照石油和石油产品试验方法国家标准测定了产物的黏度、凝点、相对分子量。结果表明:在实验条件下,通过调节苯与1-C12烯烃摩尔比(1∶2~1∶5)获得了具有高黏度指数(140~168)、低凝点(-40~-50℃)、中等黏度(υ100℃=10.06~20.9 mm2/s)、分子量适中(450~675)的高性能润滑油基础油。
Lubricating base oil was synthesized by AlCl3 catalyst with benzene and 1-dodecene as raw materials. The effects of reaction temperature and time were investigated, properties of the product were also studied by changing the molar ratio of benzene to 1-dodecene. The composition and molecular structure of obtained products were characterized by GC and IR instruments. The viscosity, pour point and molecular mass of the product were determined according to national standards of test method for petroleum and petroleum products. The results show that high performance lubricating base oil with high viscosity index (140- 168), low pour point (-40-50℃), medium viscosity ( v 100℃=10.06-20.9 mm2/s), moderate molecular mass (450-675) can be obtained when benzene/1-dodecene molar ratio is in the range of 1 : 2- 1 : 5.
