摘要
介绍了国内第一套全减压渣油进料的催化裂化装置的改造设计内容及投产后的运行情况。标定结果显示,装置的产品分布比较理想;石油大学(北京)开发的沉降器粗旋和顶旋直连技术的应用减少反应油气的二次反应,使沉降系统结焦情况大大改善。
The reconstruction design and operation of the first 900kt/a vacuum residue RFCC unit in China were introduced. The result of performance test shows that the product distribution is good. The close-coupled cyclone system developed by university of petroleum （Beijing） reduced secondary reaction of RFCC oil-gas to decrease coke yield.
