以沿海某新建炼厂场地处理过程中的设计标高确定过程为例,说明了工厂设计中场地设计标高的确定原则、计算方法以及需要综合考虑的因素。设计标高的确定需要综合考虑平面布置,港口工程规范,石化企业安全、环保、节能和三级防控等多方面因素,按照科学、合理、经济的原则进行确定。

Study on design elevation of a grass-root coastal refinery was introduced. The determination principle, calculation method and attentions in the elevation design were introduced. It＇s pointed out that the design elevation should be determined scientifically according to plan layout, specifications for harbor engineering, refinery HSE, energy saving and three-grade monitoring system.
