摘要 建立了小鼠造血型放射损伤模型。以5个不同辐射剂量60Co-γ射线一次性全身照射小鼠,筛选小鼠造血型放射损伤模型的辐射剂量。结果为不同剂量辐射后小鼠外周血WBC、淋巴细胞、淋巴细胞、HGB及PLT含量均下降,确定最佳辐射剂量为6Gy;成功建立小鼠造血型放射损伤模型。 To establish radiation damage model of mouse hematopoietic system,some mice were exposed to five different doses of 60Co gamma radiation, radiation dose of radiation damage model of mouse hematopoietic system was screened out. The results show that: after different doses of radiation,WBC, lymphocyte, RBC, HGB and PLT of mice reduce; the optimal radiation dose is 6Gy.The radiation damage model of mouse hematopoietic system was successfully established.
