随着机械加工的发展,轮胎模具制造企业铝花纹块的加工工艺已经趋于落后。然而花纹块的质量将直接影响到轮胎产品的质量。因此提高花纹块的产品质量和改善加工工艺,显得尤为重要。提供了一种全新的取得专利的铝花纹块加工工艺,解决了花纹块的倾斜、变形,提高了产品质量、工作效率以及模具的寿命。

With the development of machining industry, now processing technology of aluminum segment block for tire moulds in manufacturing enterprises is behindhand. However the quality of segment block will directly affect the quality of tire products. So it is very important to increase the quality of segment block product and improve the processing technology. In this paper, a kind of new aluminum segment block processing technology as patent technology was introduced; incline and deformation problems of the segment were solved by using the technology, so the product quality, working efficiency and service life of the mould were improved.
