摘要
本实验以辣椒优良品种的种子为试验材料,接种在MS培养基上培养无菌苗,再分别以无菌幼苗的子叶、胚轴、根为外植体,接种在添加有不同浓度6-BA和2,4-D的MS培养基上进行愈伤组织诱导。结果表明:以下胚轴为外植体,诱导的愈伤组织质量最好和出愈率最高,愈伤组织诱导的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+2.4-D2.0 mg/L。
In this experiment, seeds of fine pepper variety were used as test material and they were cul- tured on MS medium to get aseptic seedlings. Then the cotyledon, hypocotyl and root of aseptic seedlings were adopted as explants and cultured on MS medium with different concentrations of 6-BA and 2,4-D to induce callus. The results showed that the quality and induction rate of callus were better when hypocotyl was used as explants. The optimum medium of callus induction was MS + 0.Smg/L 6-BA + 2.0mg/L 2,4-D.
