摘要
对我国的食用地衣类的种类资源情况进行了探讨 ,并对其中大多数种类的形态特点、地理分布和烹饪运用情况进行了描述。据不完全统计 ,散见于各文献中已经报道可供食用的以及民间食用的地衣大约有 1 5种 ,均隶属于子囊衣纲 ,分布于 5个目、6个科和 8个属。
The present paper deals with the edible lichen resources in China. The morphological characteristics, geographical distribution and cooking application of most species are described. According to incomplete statistics, there are nearly 15 species of edible lichens scattering in literature and used as eating foods among the people, they belong to ascolichenes and scatter into 5 orders, 6 families, 8 genera. All of them are foliose or fruticose lichens.
