摘要
对黄脉爵床 ( Sanchezia nobilis Hook.f.)微繁技术进行了研究并获成功。研究结果表明 ,外源植物生长调节剂及营养物质对试管芽苗增殖生长及其不定根诱导均有显著影响。试管芽苗在MS+BA 0 .5mg/L+ZT 0 .5mg/L+NAA 0 .0 3mg/L +IAA 0 .0 3mg/L培养基上 ,可获得最大的单位芽苗数。 MS (大量元素减半 ,肌醇 1 /4量 ) +IBA 1 .0 mg/L (或 NAA0 .2 mg/L) +S330 70 .2 mg/L的培养基有利于芽苗生根 ;经 7d黑暗培养 ,可提高生根速率。以细河沙为基质 ,移裁成活率达 90
Experimentsperformedtomicropropagate Sanchezianobilis Hook.f.gainedsuccess. The results revealed that the plant growth regulators and nutrients apparently influenced the multipli cation of the tubeshoots and the induction of adventitious roots.Most shoot number of tubeshoots per unit was obtained on MS medium supplemented with BA 0 5mg/L+ZT0 5mg/L+ NAA 0 03 mg/L+IAA 0 03 mg/L.The cultures on 1/2 MS mediumcontaining 1/4 Inositolwith 1 0 mg/L IBA(or 0 2 mg/L NAA) and 0 2 mg/L S3307 facilitated root formation.Rooting rate highly rose after a 7day dark incubation.The transplanting survival rate reached over 90% in fine river sand.
