经叶面喷施以不同浓度 ( 0 ,1 0 0 ,30 0 ,50 0 ,70 0 ,1 0 0 0 mg/L)氯化胆碱 ( CC)处理后的玉米幼苗幼叶提取液能不同程度地清除体外系统产生的超氧物自由基 ( O- 2 )、羟自由基 (· OH)和脂质自由基( R· )等 ,对上述自由基的清除率分别为 4 .2 7%～ 2 1 .68% ,1 1 .78%～ 2 8.4 %和 7.84 %～ 35.1 5%。其中以用 50 0和 70 0 mg/L的

The superoxide radical(O - 2),hydroxyl radical(·OH) and lipid radical (R·),which were produced by artificial system,were decreased by using the extractive solution from leaves of maize seedlings which sprayed with 0,100,300,500,700,1 000 mg/L of Choline Chloride (CC). The O - 2,·OH,and R· decrease by 4 27%～21 68%,11 78%～28 4% and 7 84%～35 15% respectively,and using 500 mg/L and 700 mg/L of CC was the best choice.
