广西在西部农业开发中的战略初探

根据当前国际与国内的政治、经济形势 ,中央及时提出了西部大开发的战略。西部是传统的农业区 ,农业在西部开发中具有重大的战略意义。广西在自然、社会、经济及人文等方面与西部诸省区联系密切 ,属于大西南 ,应积极投入到西部的开发中去。广西也是传统的农业区 ,因此农业的开发也至关重要。广西应发挥自己的优势 ,积极投入西部农业开发。在农业开发中协调好农业资源的管理与开发 ,切实依靠科技兴农 ,加快农村市场经济建设 。

On the basis of current international and domestic situations of polity and economy, the center put forward the strategy of western region development in time. The western region belongs to farm belt traditionally, and agriculture has strategic significance in the development. Considering nature, society, economy and humanism, Guangxi relates to all western provinces closely, belonging to traditional southwest and should take part in the development actively. Guangxi belongs to farm belt too, so the agriculture development is very important. During agriculture development, the management of agriculture resources should be correspond to their development, agriculture should really depends on science and technology, the rural economy contraction should be quicken and the economic structure should be adjusted according to economic situation.
