奥氏体不锈钢超高频直流脉冲氩弧焊技术 被引量:2

摘要 基于超高频直流脉冲钨极氩弧焊技术,完成了0Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢焊接试验,分析了超高频直流脉冲钨极氩弧焊对奥氏体不锈钢电弧行为、焊缝组织性能的影响。试验表明:超高频直流脉冲钨极氩弧焊使得电弧收缩效应显著,电弧力大幅增长,随着脉冲频率的增大,熔宽减小,熔深增加,熔透率显著提升;焊缝显微组织呈现晶粒细化趋势,接头力学性能增强。 Using ultra high frequency pulse-gas tungsten arc welding (UHF-GTAW) technology, the welding test of 0Crl8Ni9Ti austenitic stainless steel is carried out, and the effects of UHF-GTAW on the austenitic stainless steel and the weld performance were investigated. The results showed that arc contraction effect was significant under the impact of UHF-GTAW. The arc force grew substantially, and the weld width declined as the pulse frequency increased. The penetration increased and the penetration rate was significantly improved; the weld microstructure presented a trend of grain refinement and mechanical properties of con- nectors were enhanced.
