从中小学“择校”看我国基础教育体制改革

School choice and Chinese elementary education reforms

义务教育阶段的择校问题严重影响着我国基础教育公平的实现。通过对我国择校问题沿革和现状的剖析,可以得出择校现象背后存在着社会教育资源不均、阶段性教育政策失调和基础教育体制不完善等深层次原因。解决这一问题,需要从提高教育资源总量、鼓励教育多样化发展、促进优秀师资力量流动、形成政府与市场合理有序的治理机制等方面着手,进而促进我国基础教育事业的健康发展。

The choice of schools severely affects the equal opportunity in the compulsory education.This study attempts to discuss the inefficient distributions of the educational resources,and disadvantageous educational policies and systems.It is argued that solutions lie in the multi-faceted development of educational resources,diversification,teacher stimulus,and integrated marketing mechanisms.
