县域教育科研机构建设与教师专业化成长——基于河北省县域基础教育教学改革的综合研究

教育现代化要求教师专业化,而教师专业化成长需要教育科研机构进行组织和引领,对于基础教育领域,县级教科研机构建设对教师专业化成长具有关键性促进作用。加强县域教科研机构建设,要从人才规模扩大、职能加强、提升建制层次等方面入手,要拓展县级教科研机构的研究和管理职能,提高教科研活动组织的实效性,使县域教科研机构建设与教师专业化成长形成良性的互动。

As education modernization demands the professionalism of teachers who,in turn,need educational institutions,the county-based educational institutions are considered as crucial.This paper argues for the construction of the county-based teaching and research institutions in relation to increased scale,responsibility,and research competitiveness,in order to eventually improve the teaching professionalism.
