摘要
水稻叶片生育过程中Rubisco活化酶、Rubisco和光合速率的动态变化研究表明 ,Rubisco活化酶、Rubisco活力和光合速率密切相关 ,Rubisco活化酶活力和光合速率的相关系数分别是 0 .9687(浙农 952 )和 0 .9545(浙农 966) ;高产品种浙农 952的水稻叶片中Rubisco活化酶含量一直较高 ;尤其是生育后期 ,剑叶开始衰老 ,浙农 952的Rubisco活化酶含量下降较浙农 966慢。斑点杂交分析表明 ,生育期内浙农 952的Rubisco活化酶mRNA含量始终高于浙农 966,生育后期浙农 952的Ru bisco活化酶mRNA含量下降也比浙农 966略微平缓。
The dynamic changes of Rubisco activity,Rubisco activase activity and photosynthetic rate of Zhenong 952 (a high yielding cultivar) and Zhenong 966(a low yielding cultivar) were determined.The photosynthetic rate correlated with Rubisco activity in both cultivars,and the regression coefficients were 0.9687 (Zhenong 952) and 0.9545 (Zhenong 966) respectively.By single radial immune diffusion and Northern blotting,it was found the a great amount of Rubisco activase content in Zhenong 952 than that in Zhenong 966 from heading to harvesting.The regression analysis showed that Rubisco activase content was highly correlated with Rubisco activity and photosynthetic rate in two cultivars.So high yielding of Zhenong 952 may be due to its high expression of Rubisco activase.
