摘要 从供应链专家到效能达人,再到分配高手,五洲在线—直在思考如何更好地向电商玩家“卖水”。 进入北京朝阳区的718创意园,很容易找到五洲在线的办公室。公司门口白墙上画着标志性的红旗,“科技是第一生产力,服务才是硬道理”的标语异常惹眼,各种业务“战报”被置于公示栏内。 When Liang Kai finished his MBA in 2007,ecommerce was rapidly growing in China.This field was just like the Wild West in the 19th century:people flooded in to find gold.It was obvious that ecommerce will be the new growth point for the Internet,and a fierce battle was about to begin. Liang Kai decided to sell water to the gold seekers instead of join the rush.In 2007,he founded Commercial Global E-commerce Co.,Ltd.(Commercial Global) to provide one-package service including online shop design,product demonstration,finance management,warehousing and logistics for the ecommerce companies. After 6 years of growth,the company has turned into a successful service provider for company supply chains.From supply chain professional to efficiency enhancer and then into the distribution master, Commercial Global has always been looking for the better way to 'sell water' to ecommerce companies. Today,Liang Kai is considering new questions:how to deal with the rapid growth of clients? How to achieve better lean management and economy of scale? Maybe it won't be long to see another change in its ways of 'selling water'.
