摘要
老子哲学崇尚"自然",所谓"自然"就是自是、就是自在。这是他的世界观、人生观、价值观,也是他的人性论。在"自然"的意义上,有"上善若水""自胜者强"的人格追求。而"无为而治"是其管理的最高境界。
Laozi advocates ＂natural philosophy＂, the so-called ＂natural＂ refers to being self, relaxed. That is his outlook on world, on life, values and also his theory of human nature. In the sense of ＂natu- ral＂, Laozi has his personality pursuit in ＂Shang Shah Ruo Shui＂ （the supreme is like water）, and ＂Zi Sheng Zhe Oiang＇（the one who could really win over himself is really a powerful one）, whereas, the highest level in management would be ＂Wu Wei Er Zhi＇（non-action）.
