摘要
对云南油菜品种资源 371份的含油量、7种脂肪酸的组成成份和硫甙含量进行测试分析 ,结果为 :云南省油菜种质资源中具有含油量较高的优异种质资源 ,含油量的高低与海拔高度有一定的关系 ,即高海拔地区油菜的含油量普遍较高 ;云南省地方品种中缺乏低芥酸 (<1% )和低硫代葡萄糖甙 (<30 μmol/g)的种质资源 。
