受限空间内可燃气云爆炸冲击波传播规律研究

摘要 对预混可燃气体在原型坑道内的爆炸过程进行了试验研究,介绍了最大超压在时间和空间上的变化规律,重点对不同点火强度下可燃气云爆炸冲击波的传播规律进行了研究,并对可燃气云与凝聚相炸药的爆炸特征进行了对比分析,获得了独头坑道中可燃气云爆轰的超压计算公式。研究结果表明,在强点火条件下,预混气体极易发生爆轰;气相爆轰冲击波作用时间较长,一般可达几十至上百Iris甚至1—2s,衰减相对缓慢;对冲击波效应分析而言,可按照最严重的状态即气体达到爆轰来采取防护措施。试验研究结果与数值计算结果吻合较好。 The explosion process of premixed gases in an actual tunnel has been researched through experi- ments. The variation of the maximum overpressure with time and space is given. The shock wave propagation law about combustible gaseous cloud explosion under different ignition strength is focused on. At the same time, the ex- plosion characteristics have been contrasted and analyzed between the combustible gaseous cloud and the condensed phase explosive. And the overpressure formula has been obtained for the gas cloud detonation in tunnels with one single entrance. The results show that premixed gases can easily explode by strong ignition. Generally, the effect of gaseous detonation shock wave can last for tens to hundreds of milliseconds or even 1-2 seconds, so the shock wave duration is long and its attenuation is relatively slow. Therefore, the protective measures to such explosion can be taken according to the most serious condition, that is, the combustible gaseous cloud explosion has happened. Finally, the results of numerical calculation are in good agreement with the test results.
