摘要
以某大跨度地下防护工程为例,着重介绍了复合式衬砌结构的有限元数值计算以及所采用的分布双侧壁洞法施工工艺。研究结果和工程实践表明:对该类地下工程,采用复合式衬砌技术的有限元数值分析理论正确,施工过程中受力转换平稳,分部变形小,结构安全稳定;施工可行,造价较低。
Taking a completed large cross section underground protective structure as an example, the finite element numerical calculation and simulation for the composite lining structure and the construction technology of the twin- side heading method are introduced. The research results and construction practice show that it is correct to adopt the finite element numerical analysis theory of the composite lining technique to such type of structure. And in the process of construction, the stress transfer is smooth, the division deformation is small, the structure is safe and sta- ble, the construction is feasible, and the cost is low.
