缓释药盒植入在肺癌术中化疗中的应用

Safety of intraoperative application of controlled release chemotherapy in lung cancer

将63例可手术肺癌患者分为试验组和对照组,试验组在完成肺切除术和纵隔淋巴结清扫术后通过多种方法植入缓释药盒,术后比较相关监测指标,术后辅助化疗期间比较不良反应发生情况。结果显示两组均顺利完成手术,术后住院期间和术后辅助化疗期间不良反应发生率和相关监测指标差异无统计学意义。表明应用缓释药盒植入进行肺癌术中化疗安全可行,操作简易,可复制性好。

63 cases of operable lung cancer was divided into two group ： trial group and control group. Intraopera-tive chemotherapy in trial group completed with controlled release fluorouracil implanted following the radical lung resection. Relative indicators were compared concerning the adverse events and implant safety. Results showed that all the surgeries were smoothly accomplished, and no significant difference were found in relative indicators between two groups after surgery and during chemotherapy. It suggests that intraoperative application of controlled release fluorouracil is a safe, applicable, easy and repeatable way as an adjuvant approach to lung cancer therapy.
