摘要
为了对现有工业领域节能技术推广政策加以完善,加快节能先进适用技术的推广和普及,提高我国节能技术整体水平,在详细总结了现有相关政策的基础上,分析了影响技术推广的主要政策障碍。并针对主要障碍,分别提出相应的技术推广政策建议。
In order to improve the energy conservation technology promotion policies in the industrial areas, accelerate the promotion and popularization of the advanced and applicable energy conservation technology, and improve the overall level of China＇s energy conservation technologies, this paper analyzes the effect of policy obstacles on the basis of analyzing the existing relevant policies in detail. According to the main obstacles, the policy recommendations for technology promotion have been put forward respectively.
