摘要 本文介绍了一种计算变频器驱动下异步电机铁心损耗的方法。该方法在分立铁耗模型的基础上,结合贝塞尔函数,推导出了变频器供电下异步电机铁耗的计算模型。在考虑变频器参数对铁心损耗的影响的情况下,建立了变频器供电时和标准正弦供电时铁心损耗的数量关系。分析了变频器供电时电机铁心损耗与变频器调制比和载波比的变化关系。并针对一台4500kW变频电机铁心损耗进行了计算分析。 A method to calculate the iron loss of induction motor fed by reverter is mtrooucea. The method is based on the iron loss separate model, combining with Bessel function, the calculation model of the iron loss of induction motor fed by inverter is deduced. Considering the influence of the inverter parameter, the numerical relationship of material loss between sinusoidal voltage supply and PWM voltage supply is presented. And the core losses of 4500kW motor fed by inverter is analyzed.
