摘要
随着水轮机叶片水力设计技术的飞跃发展,一大批电站技术落后、设备老化并且随着上、下游电站的相继建成,电站的水头、流量较建设初期时发生了较大变化,迫使电站要进行增容改造,以期获得最佳的运行范围和较好的经济效益。本文以黄丹电站轴流转桨式机组为例,通过采用水力性能优良的转轮技术,拟将机组容量提高30%,分析轴流转桨式水轮机大幅增容的可行性。
With the fast development in hydraulic design technique for turbine blades, in many hydroelectric projects of lag of technique and with old equipment, the heads and discharges vary much due to the establishment of upstream and downstream power stations and they are forced to carry out capacity expansion and renovation to achieve best operating range and better economic benefits. In the paper, taking the Kaplan units of Huangdan HPP as the example, the feasibility of large scale of capacity expansion by 30% for Kaplan turbines with runner technique of good hvdraulic nerformance is analvzed.
