摘要
在单因素试验的基础上,选择温度、时间、液料比为自变量,黄芪多糖提取得率为响应值,利用利用Box-Behnken中心组合设计,采用响应面分析法,研究各自变量交互作用及其对黄芪多糖得率的影响,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型.结果表明,提取黄芪粗多糖的最佳提取工艺为提取温度为95℃、提取时间为156 min、液料比为29 mL/g、提取次数为4次.在此条件下黄芪多糖的得率为13.20%,与预测值极为接近,证明此实验方法可靠.
On the basis of single-factor experiments, Box - Behnken central composite design involving four variables at three levels was utilized to set up a quadratic polynomial regression equation for astragalus polysaccharide extraction yield as function of extraction temperature, time, material/liquid ratio, times and the pairwise interactive effects of the above four varia- bles on their function were investigated by response surface analysis. The optimum conditions for extracting astragalus polysaccharide from astragalus were found to be:the optimum extrac- tion extraction of APS was that extraction temperature 95 ℃, extraction time 156 min, the liquid/material ratio 29 mL/g, extraction cycles 4. Under this condition, the APS yield of 13.20%. This experimental method was reliable because it was very close to the predicted value.
