番茄压差预冷理论模拟与实验 被引量:2

摘要 建立了压差预冷数学模型,运用有限元方法(ANSYS)和数值方法的耦合对番茄的压差预冷进行了分析,得到压差预冷箱内的流场速度分布和温度分布.对箱内流场和番茄单体采用有限差分法,求出箱内温度场及番茄中心温度随时间的改变,通过实验验证了模拟的正确性,并对影响预冷时间的一些因素做了分析. The pressure-difference pre-cooling mathematical model was established, the finite element unit (ANSYS) and numerical method was chosen to analyze the flow field velocity distribution and the temperature distribution of the tomato pressure-difference pre-cooling. Obtained the temperature distribution and velocity distribution in the box. Used the finite difference method to the tomato monomer and flow field in the box, calculated the inside temperature field and the tomato center temperature changing some factors which affect the pre-cooling time and verifying th by the experiment. along with the time, analyzed e correctness of the simulation
