摘要
用地条件对于工业项目的投资及建设周期具有极为重要的影响,土地的最优化利用对所在城市也具有重大的意义。文章从工程技术角度考察当前工业项目选址和土地利用方面存在的问题,分析其原因,并提出相应的建议和对策。
Land conditions have very important influences on the investment and construction period o fan industrial project, its location has much impact on the city.
