摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)是近年来发展十分快速活跃的领域之一,其是以三维数字技术为基础,通过数字信息仿真模拟建筑物所具有的真实信息。论文系统介绍了BIM的概念及其操作理念并且说明了BIM在绿色节能方面所发挥的作用。运用BIM技术建造数字模型,通过虚拟模型来控制和分析一系列事件,同时也达到建筑的节能设计。
