摘要
目的探讨早期乳癌的数字化钼钨双靶摄影典型及不典型影像征象。方法对72例早期乳癌病人的全数字化钼钨双靶乳腺摄影影像进行回顾分析。结果 72例中,表现为恶性钙化征象者30例,微小结节者12例,微结节伴钙化8例,不对称性片状致密影15例,结构紊乱7例。结论全数字化钼钨双靶乳腺摄影对早期乳癌的诊断具有很大的帮助。
Objective To investigate typical and atypical imaging signs of early breast cancer on full digital molybdenum dual target breast imaging. Methods The data of imaging of 72 eases with early breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 72 cases reviewed, 30 showed malignant calcification signs, 12 showed tiny nodules, eight showed tiny nodules with calcification, 15 showed asymmetry flake opacities, and seven showed structural disorder. Conclusion This kind of digital mammography is of great value in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.
