摘要
作者对26例无症状 HB_sAg 携带者的肝穿刺活检组织进行了电镜、免疫电镜观察和免疫组化染色,检出7例(占26.9%)巨大线粒体内结晶包涵体,发现了包涵体的“亚形态学单位”和“形态学单位”及其构型。由六个形态学单位组成一个平盘,两个平盘串联可组成12个顶20面体的病毒颗粒初型,证明结晶体与病毒有着半成品与成品的关系,并提出肝细胞线粒体与肝病毒复制的第二位点的论点。
The liver biopsy tissues from 26 HBsAg carriers were analyzed by electron and im- munoelectron microscopy as well as immunohistochemical staining.In 7 cases (26.9%),the crystalline inclusion bodies (CIB) were present and the submorphologic,morphologic units and their configuration were found.We suggest that CIB are the raw material to form hepatic virus and mitochondria of hepatic cells would be the second site of replication of hepatic virus.
