摘要
分析了氯乙烯自聚的原因及危害,并提出了解决措施:①将原来的注水管线直接入釜改造为注水管线连接到氯乙烯单体入料调节阀之后;②选择阻聚剂的类型,调整阻聚剂的用量,从源头减少氯乙烯单体中的酸性物质和水等;③降低系统中的氧含量;④降低回收系统和单体槽的温度,加强单体槽的排水。
Causes and damages of the autopolymerization of vinyl chloride wcrc analyzed, and the following solutions were proposed: (~) changing the water injection line from directly into poly- merizer to the downstream of vinyl chloride feeding regulatory valve; (~) selecting suitable inhibitor and adjusting its dosage, reducing the acids content and water content in vinyl chloride monomer at source~ (~) reducing oxygen contents in the reaction system~ @ lowering the temperature of recov- ery system and monomer tanks, and strengthening the drainage of monomer tanks.
