摘要
提出了一种基于步进式篦床工作方式的褐煤干馏提质系统。该系统针对小颗粒褐煤进行干馏提质,通过步进式篦床输送褐煤依次经过干燥段、干馏段、余热回收段和冷却段4个工作区域,实现褐煤的干馏提质,得到煤焦油和半焦产品,可有效地提高褐煤的利用价值。
A lignite carbonization system with a stepping sieve working mode was introduced. The system is for the carbonization and upgrading of small lignite grains. The lignite travels across the dry section, carbonization section, waste heat recovery section and the cooling section, via the stepping sieve to facilitate its carbonization and upgrading, and pro-duce coal tar and semicoke product, thus the utilization efficiency of the lignite is effectively improved.
